The iam walking adventures are a new way of offering the guidance services whilst in the outdoors, whilst walking. The freedom and movement of walking allows your thoughts to move also, helping you to be inspired and realise your projects and plans and see them in a new light.
Offering guidance and mentoring along the way we can go on an hour walk or a day walk or even a weekend adventure walk!
Walking is very therapeutic, physically, mentally and emotionally.
Guiding you along the way but also help offer new insights and clarification to ideas or plans.
If you're in London there are many walks that are available - from one hour to four hour sessions! It is best to start with one hour, especially for 1-1 sessions so that everyone feels comfortable and then if you wanted a second session, we can be more prepared, for both walking a lot further and for advice and help to inspire you further.
The first hour is normally in a public space, such as a park, or specific walking/cycle path that is busy - just in case you feel uncomfortable spending too much alone time with me!
However, if you're unsure about the walking side of things to begin with we can simply spend time in a quiet cafe or having a sit down in a park.
